HOY CANS HOST FOR STUPID REASON,NOW SHE GETS STABBED BY CASTMATES AND STAFF

Televisa's XEW TV may be the channel of the stars,but as far as "HOY" is concerned, one hot woman is enough,at least thats what producers are saying after a major shake up saw popular Mexican TV presenter
and a former producer of HOY in its early years be fired last week.

Pita Ojeda, host and producer of the "better Living" segement was removed from the show do to a stupid and inane reason...SHE WAS TOO HOT! a distraction to the age group the show was aiming for.

Some said that when word of her departure was made,several staffers were shocked ,but not surprized at the move,staffers say that Pita was unhappy with where the Producers would put her segment, even mentioning it was like she would be ready to do her segment at the regular time, but would have to remove her stuff when a segment ran long.

Whatever the reason, the BER demands Pita be reinstated!


UNIVISION GETS NEW OWNERS...BUT MORE PROBLEMS
Televisa missed the boat, now they may miss the whole cruise,Univision's 78 year old chairman Jerry Perechino announced that a private investment group lead by kiddie show boss and inventor of the power rangers Haim Saban has purchased the spanish language TV network from cisnero group for $1.2 billion dollars.
this marks Haim Saban's return to the network wars, Saban was the partner along with Rupert Murdoch in
buying THE FAMILY CHANNEL from Pat Robertson's CBN inc. and then rebranding it FOX Family,Saban dropped out after FOX sold the net to the Walt Disney Co. and rebranding it "ABCFamily".

When word of the purchase was made, there wasnt much joy,after all Haim Saban is known for his iron fisting cheapness in range of programming and production, sources tell other media outlets that there are a lot of unhappy people who wished Televisa put that bid in sooner, now we wait for the axe to drop and several long time stars to be let go.

Saban's bid was ten dollars higher than the televisa bid ,but of course the purchase is subject to several regulartory and government approvals and could be consumated by spring 2007
