Seems that the gang at Univision Networks is sending a message "WE OWN YOUR ASS!"
again the Televisa produced and distributed morning show "HOY" is being punnished due to what is again
the famed "Univision Broadcast Standards" as yet another edition got pre-empted and the show's first 35 minutes which is shown now commercial free has been violated with a 12 minute total of commercials that air after the horroscope segment,thus making the show on a 3-7 minute delay.
We have sent a letter to the head of programming at Galavision USA about the constant punnishment of the show.
Meanwhile the future of all shows on Univision networks are up in the air,as the fate of UNIVISION remains uncertain.

MAURY GETS A TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDS!
Maury Povich usually is the one who has infidelity,cheating,and other controversial guests on his show, but a former producer has shined the spotlight on HIM!!
Povich,(who also hosts "Weekends with Connie and Maury"on the ratings troubled cabler MSNBC) as well as other staffers of his syndicated talker and NBC-Universal Domestic Distribution have been hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit for $100 megamills by Bianca Nardi a Producer of the show.
In the filing on monday ,Nardi claims that she was baraged with "sexual Remarks,made to watch porn,and to expose her body" further her statement implies that the married Povich
was carrying on an ilicit affair with Donna Benner Ingber,a member of the "maury" staff who has been named as a defendant in the lawsuit.
Gary Rosen, a spokesman for "Maury" denies the allegations,"We stand behind our expierenced and dedicated staff",an NBCU Spokesmurfette passed along this note "We have done a complete and thorough investigation of her allegations of harassment,and are satisfied that the lawsuit nor the allegations have no merit".

The radio career of former frontman of Van Halen David Lee Roth lasted less than his Van Halen career,as he was unceremoniously shitcanned by CBS RADIO after just three months. So guess who Les Moonves and Joel hollander trun to fill the shoes of Howard Stern????....ohhhh try the duo they shit canned in 2004 after a stnut where a couple of their fans had sex in a church,and sent them to XM Satellite radio...yep OPIE AND ANTHONY ARE BACK !

Remember the lawsuit filed by frick and frack of radio executives against Howard Stern when he announced his move to Sirius Satellite Radio....? well its interesting that they would sign Opie and Anthony who are hot XM property to a deal that would see Opie and Anthonys XM show simulcast on CBS Radio "FREE FM"ers in 7 cities including Dallas,Boston,and New York for three hours( sanitized for your protection unless you have XM) with the rest of their morning moronics being aired exclusively on XM. Gee you wonder if
O&A will mention XM on their CBS side, if so....wouldnt that be ...hypocracy??!!!!
As for David Lee Roth, he plans to file suit against CBS Radio for the remaining bucks in his contract.


AS THE WORLD OF UNIVISION TURNS
And now,the latest on the continuing saga of UNIVISION, the Miami ,Florida based spanish language media which has been on the block since february 2006.
As bidders for the assests of the network continue to line up,from Tribune to CBS, the lastest report comes from Reuters,Carlos Slim Domit, the chairman of Mexico's Telefonos de Mexico telecommunications monopoly recently purchased $288 Million shares of the up for sle network,what makes this interesting is that Mr. Domit also serves on the board of Grupo Televisa,the Mexican Media conglomerate which is trying to line up partners to BUY the spanish language network that was founded by the Azcarraga family in 1961,but was sold due to foreign ownership laws.
Meanwhile, there are some chinks in the once strong armor of Univision, as more of its viewers are sliding to NBC-Universal's Telemundo as well as the programming from Azteca America,making for some uneasy times for Univision as the overspending they did for World Cup Soccer coverage is showing in negative ways,and some long time Univision on air stars are looking at Telemundo to work for.
